REF Computer Corporation and Tekmark Global Solutions, LLC are pleased to announce the completion of an asset purchase agreement pursuant to which Tekmark will acquire certain assets of REF, including REF’s current staffing and consulting business. The effective date of this transition was January 1, 2011.

Under the terms and conditions of the REF/Tekmark Agreement, REF will continue to exist as a stand-alone corporate entity, focused on its other lines of business, including an array of proprietary, innovative business and consumer software products and data conversion services. We are excited about the additional opportunities that will result as our teams collaborate. Tekmark’s goal is to expand on the robust business that REF has built in the financial services industry and to continue to leverage REF’s success with existing and new clients.
